Dopo mesi di assenza ritorno online con un bell’annuncio: ho avuto l’onore di essere invitato da Commissione Europea, DG Connect e Presidenza Irlandese a partecipare alla Digital Agenda Assembly 2013 che si terrà a Dublino la prossima settimana.
La Digital Agenda Assembly è il più importante evento della Commissione Europea in cui si discutono annualmente progressi, sfide e obbiettivi del futuro digitale (e non solo) dell’Unione Europea. Vi partecipano tutti i più importanti stakeholders provenienti da istituzioni, associazioni, industrie e iniziative connesse con l’Agenda Digitale Europea.
Oltre a prendere parte al meeting degli Young Advisors di Neelie Kroes e ad un workshop con i Digital Champions, parteciperò come speaker il primo giorno, all’interno del Workshop 4 che tratterà di demand stimulation e cloud. Nello specifico durante il mio panel si parlerà di che ruolo può assumere il settore pubblico per far aumentare la domanda di banda larga e servizi online.

The world café is a participatory leader technique. The aim is to discuss the issues/problems identified in the field of broadband and cloud computing and propose possible solutions. These issues will be discussed in three rounds of discussion and will then be voted on. The participants will be split into 8 tables with one theme/subject. Each table will have a host that will steer the discussion and produce a mind map of the main topics discussed.
